Hipotansiyon olarak da bilinen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck tansiyon, ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, ba\u015f d\u00f6nmesi, bulan\u0131k g\u00f6rme, bulant\u0131 ve benzeri belirtiler g\u00f6sterebilir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck tansiyon seviyesine sahip olmak, v\u00fccudunuzun baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerine yeterli kan ve oksijen gitmemesine neden olabilir.<\/p><p>T\u0131pk\u0131 <a href=\"https:\/\/astra.thelifeco.com\/tr\/yuksek-tansiyon-tedavisi-hipertansiyon\/\">y\u00fcksek tansiyon<\/a> (hipertansiyon) gibi, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck tansiyon veya tansiyon d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de hi\u00e7bir belirti g\u00f6stermeyebilir. Demir i\u00e7eri\u011fi y\u00fcksek yiyecekler aras\u0131nda; \u0131spanak, fasulye, mercimek, nohut, bezelye, brokoli, ton bal\u0131\u011f\u0131, sardalya, kabak \u00e7ekirde\u011fi ve kinoa gibi besinler bulunur. Himalaya tuzu, sodyum ve potasyum ve kalsiyum gibi di\u011fer mineraller a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengindir. Bu nedenle normalden daha h\u0131zl\u0131 nefes al\u0131r\u0131z ve kalbimiz v\u00fccuda kan oksijen sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in daha h\u0131zl\u0131 pompalamaya ba\u015flar. Kan bas\u0131nc\u0131ndaki bu ani y\u00fckselme, h\u0131zla enerji seviyenizi art\u0131r\u0131r ve genellikle egzersizden birka\u00e7 saat sonra normale d\u00f6ner.
