If you find the right workout and easily do it at home you are much more likely to exercise regularly and develop a routine.<\/p><p>Here are <strong>4\u00a0EXERCISES<\/strong> which give you a full body workout that you\u2019ll easily be able to do from the comfort of your home even if you are a bit tight on space.<\/p><p><strong>PLANK HEEL TOUCH<\/strong><br \/><em>WORKS: ABS, LOWER BACK, CHEST SHOULDERS, AND TRICEPS<\/em><br \/>Get in plank position with feet shoulder-width apart. Bring right heel toward your butt as you reach back and touch it with left hand. Return to starting position and repeat with opposite arm and leg. Continue, alternating sides.<\/p><p><strong>DROP SQUAT PUNCH<\/strong><br \/><em>WORKS: LEGS, BUTT, SHOULDERS, ARMS, AND BACK<\/em><br \/>Stand with feet together, elbows bent, and hands in fists under chin. Jump feet out wide and squat as you punch forward with right hand. Jump back to starting position and repeat, punching with left hand. Continue, alternating sides.<\/p><p><strong>JUMP LUNGE<\/strong><br \/><em>WORKS LEGS AND BUTT<\/em><br \/>Lunge forward with left leg, elbows bent and hands in fists, right hand in front of chest and left hand at hip [A].<\/p><p>Jump [B] as you switch legs and arms, landing in a lunge with right foot in front. Continue, switching legs every jump.<\/p><p><strong>SKATER SQUAT<\/strong><br \/><em>WORKS: LEGS AND BUTT<\/em><br \/>Stand with feet together and arms at sides, hands in fists. Jump to the left as you extend left arm behind you and bring right fist toward chin, landing on left foot with right leg raised behind you. Immediately squat, then repeat in opposite direction.
